Great beginners MAGNET FISHING KIT. Everything you need with "how to" videos available for knot tying, tips etc... I have used this magnet twice in the past 2 weeks and had lots of fun hanging out at the river. I've managed to get my husband hooked too. It's strong enough to pull up a metal tool box, I've also recovered a nice rod & reel along with the usual nails, screws, metal and fishing lures. My only complaint is the rope seems to be olden was wrapped-n-packed for a long time prior to me receiving this kit. I can't work the kinks out, every foot or so where it was wrapped. Now after using this 2 times the outside threads are torn and white interior fibers are sticking out every foot along the rope. The magnet got a couple rust spots after first use even with drying and care. I have washed the rope and stretched it out straight to dry but it is still full of kinks? I think its just old product? Now that I have some experience I'll probably replace products individually instead of repacked kits. I still think this is a great company.

Perfect starter kit! We took it out a few times and didnt find much but the product is perfect for beginners or those needing a smaller magnet.

This Centurion 550 magnet fishing kit came just as advertised and very well packaged. This is first experience with magnet fishing but all parts of the kit seem to be high quality. Recently latched onto a heavy green metal cart/wagon with 4 wheels and a tongue (the kind used at garden centers) Was able to pull it from end of a boat dock to the shore and had to pull very hard from the side to dislodge the magnet. It was much stronger than I expected but I am a bit older and not as strong anymore either. Still gave it a five star for beginners and ease of removal. I had a question about the product and the response from Centurion was prompt and pleasant. This product is very good for the money.

The centurion magnet is the best magnet on the market in my opinion, first off I would like to acknowledge the packaging which is awesome. Everything color coordinates from the rope to the labeling to the box. The product was so well packaged that I did not want to open it lol. Now the magnet, I have other magnets and none of them have the pull force, the strength or the quality of the centurion 550 series magnet. Once this magnet gets thrown into the water, it will definitely pull something out with it. The rope is nice and thick, durable along with the gloves. I have pulled so much more from the water with this magmet5 than any other magnet. This is a great magnet for any experience level, novice or advanced it will pretty much pull in anything it attaches to. The photos I posted here is what the centurion magnet pulled in with no problem. My advice to anyone searching for a magnet for with centurion and you will be highly satisfied with the product and it's great value for sthe money, well worth it.

Mine arrived and I couldn't believe how well made everything was. The magnet is very strong at 650 lbs. I couldn't imagine using a 1500lb magnet, I don't wanna pull a Volkswagen out of the lake so this 650lb magnet and all the contents with it is perfect.

I was searching for a comprehensive unit that engaged me tastefully as well as had the items incorporated that I was searching for at a sensible cost. The actual magnet is packaged in a little drawstring sack in order to not get it damaged when you're taking it in and out. With the magnet being 550 lb it is extremely solid. the outside of the magnet is incredibly smooth and I haven't seen that on any of different ones I have bought. Plastic scaper feels solid, the gloves are a truly agreeable fit and surprisingly better than the gloves that I got with another magnet kit I had purchased. The rope despite the fact that I have not tried it in the water appears to be extremely solid and the carabiner moreover.Try not to underestimate the force of this magnet as I said beforehand despite the fact that it's just 550 lb it is very solid. It locked onto a substantial cast iron cauldron with no misses or slips that genuinely impressed me.Centurion magnetics 550 series arrangement has totally surpassed my assumptions on what I figured it would be. On the off chance that you are searching for an incredible starter packat an AMAZING PRICE this is the one don't cruise it by.I will definitely be purchasing more from these guys

Prior to this video we pulled that steel plate up from where grass had been growing over since last aug 2020. And set it down where you see it in the video leaving the magnet on the plate for about 30 mins. When we started to do the video we couldnt get the magnet to seperate from plate thats why the screw driver is there even using it for leverage we struggled.It seems the longer you leave it attached its grip gets stronger. When attached for a short two or three mins it's still hard to seperate i dont recommend leaving it unsupervised with children or they may wind up with a new nickname... NUBBY!!

I was surprised how nice this looked in the box when we received it. Truly like unwrapping a present! The magnet comes inside a mesh protective pouch that’s handy for transporting it easily. Magnet is super strong. Also this comes with videos that were really helpful showing me how to use the magnet and get it prepared for magnet fishing. Highly reccomend to anyone!

Make sure you know the science. This will not pick up gold, silver, or any coins whatsoever. I know it’s ridiculous, but I didn’t consider that when I ordered it. I was thinking I would find gold, jewelry, and coins! But those things are not magnetic. That’s my fault I wasn’t thinking about the science. The family owned business that sells this is over the top fantastic, however. They are a good strong magnet and will give you hours of fun. They are very responsive to questions etc. If you’re going to buy one, buy it from them.

Great collection of what you need to magnet fish, you could get cheaper if you put hours into searching and buying each product but why when Centrion Magnetics does it for you for a very reasonable price (I don’t know how they make a profit). Comes with all you need including the glue to keep the magnet connected to the screw so you don’t lose it! My father is a tough man to buy gifts for and he's been doing a lot of fishing on his boat at a local lake. I thought this might give him something else to "fish" with. This product was great for magnet fishing! The price was reasonable, the quality of the items in the kits was great and the magnet itself was so sturdy. The rope that came with it was also great quality and long enough to reach pretty far.I tested it out on the side of a pier and it definitely latched on and was hard to get off. I recommended this product to a few of my friends and will continue to recommend it.

I picked this up after seeing some friends do this a while back. This kit was way better than anything my buddies had and they were all jealous of the protective mesh pouch that came with it also. Hands down reccomend to anyone looking for some good magnet fishing gear. Magnet is also super strong.

Couldn't believe how strong this magnet was. I tested it on a steel table in the garage and could barely get it off! Took it out with the family and caught some things with the first hour. Looks like we have a new hobby to do together with the family! Love the tutorial videos this kit comes with and the gear is definitely quality. Highly reccomend.

Got this to to start magnet fishing. Have always wanted to try and finally went for it. First of all, the kit is packaged extremely well, and has everything you need. Everything is well made and strong. One thing that I didn’t know that I was surprised about was that there is video tutorials included with the kit. These are SUPER helpful since it’s was my first time. Had everything from how to tie a knot to how to take care of the magnet and rope.The magnet performed just as expected. Found a lot the first time out yesterday. The rope is good and the gloves have a comfortable fit. Another thing I like is that this magnet comes with a carry pouch thing that helps when I’m transporting it to not get banged up and was just Another thing I didn’t expect and made it even better. Highly reccomend to anyone looking at magnet fishing. Super strong magnet with great price and great tutorials and tools.

This is the perfect kit for beginners, it comes with everything you need to get started and if you are just getting started scan the QR codes, the video tutorials are very informative and packed full of tips and tricks about applying the thread locker and where to go try your new magnet and how to care for your magnet and rope.I used this magnet kit 24 hours after I applied the thread locker and got 2 pieces of rebar and a small piece of pipe that were really stuck to the magnet and took some muscle to pull them off, the N52 rating on this magnet is no joke, it is super strong and very high quality, my magnet was wedged between a wheel and the board itself on the skateboard and that's the only reason I caught it.I did have a question about my kit and contacted coustomer service and they went above and beyond to answer any and all questions A+++ for thier awesome coustomer service
